Homework assignments for your 5th grade Social Studies class are posted on Progress Book. You can access Progress Book by going to Tigertown then clicking on the Progress Book link. You may also click on this link–> ProgressBook Parent Access Login
We have your homework assignments posted there, incase you cannot find your assignment at home or forgot it at school. Sometimes there are files that you can just click and open it so you can print it out.
Make sure you follow ALL directions completely. Don’t forget to bring it back to school!

This page includes many online resources for both students and parents. The links below will provide you with additional materials that you can use at home, as well as at school. There are multiple links that include materials for both, intervention and enrichment.
Students are permitted to take quizzes for areas that have been covered in class. However, students are responsible for their score once they begin a testing session. Study Island has lessons for each Ohio Indicator that you can review before you take a Quiz, or if you want to review a concept we talked about in class.

Social Studies Dictionary-BrainPOP
Students can use this social studies dictionary that is at BrainPOP.com to look up any social studies vocabulary term that they are unfamiliar with, or confused about.
Students can go to the Enchanted Learning site and read through the interesting tutorials. There are many different interactive lessons for each concept taught, and more if you are just curious. Use your scientific mind and enter the enchanted world of science.
Students will love brainpop.com. It is a wonderful and exciting interactive website that takes children through games and makes learning fun.
